Trishula Yoga Studio was born in 2017: it's our little paradise of emotions where time cancels. Trishula is the Indian experience we were able to bring home. During our travels we were lucky enough to deeply explore this philosophical reality and we fell in love with it. We keep in our hearts all the teachings learned and we decided to take the path of teaching to spread the discipline that has revolutionized our lives: Yoga.
